Following our innovative dining concept, Simply Life, Spectrum offers an array of cuisine from China, the Middle East, India and Europe, alongside local dishes from the Philippines. All are cooked to perfection with the finest ingredients, using simple and healthy cooking styles and served up with a dash of interactive culinary theatre. Guided by our environmental conscience, we use locally sourced and organically grown products, including fresh seafood from small-scale Philippine fisheries and free-range eggs from the province of Ilocos. We are proud to be ambassadors of Filipino cuisine.
